Charge loading operation steps:
1: From the ladder to the top, open the exhaust valve at the tail until the pressure in the tank is exhausted.
2: Open the irrigation cover according to the filling position, remove the irrigation sealing ring and put it well.
3: Start charging, fill, remove the cement ash around the irrigation port, install the sealing ring, tighten the irrigation mouth cover, and close the exhaust valve at the tail.
Uncharge operation steps:
1: Open the intake valve, close the material cover, butterfly valve, secondary blow ball valve, pressure relief valve and external air source ball valve, start the air compressor and diesel engine.
2: Adjust the hand throttle to ensure the tachometer value: the air compressor is in the range of 900-1000 r/min.
3: When the pressure is higher than 0.18 Mpa, open the secondary blow aid valve, and then open the butterfly valve for discharge.(After unloading about 2 minutes, gradually close the secondary blow valve and open to half)
4: When the pressure drops to 0.12 Mpa, close secondary blow valve and discharge valve; when the pressure rises to 0.18 Mpa, open secondary blow valve and discharge valve again for discharge.(After unloading about 2 minutes, gradually close the secondary blow valve and open to half)
5: Close the secondary blow valve, switch the front and back valve, and discharge and clear the front and rear separately.
6: Under special circumstances, if there is residual ash, fill the above steps to 0.16 Mpa for discharge.
7: When the pressure drops to 0.05-0.08Mpa, close the diesel engine, open the pressure relief valve, and finish the ash.
Matters need attention
1: Before closing the upper irrigation, clean the sundries on the sealing surface of the upper and lower cover and the moving parts to keep it clean, otherwise it will cause air leakage and movement obstruction.
2: The top irrigation mouth sealing ring should be replaced in time after it is damaged.
3: Never open the upper opening when there is pressure in the tank, otherwise it will cause danger.
4: open, close the upper irrigation mouth shall not use the afterburner lever, otherwise it will cause danger.
Special reminder
Bulk cement under the cement truck can only load cement and powder materials with physical properties similar to those of cement, and all materials with particles and moisture shall not be shipped, otherwise it will be unable to achieve fluidized transportation.
