Before charging, the pressure relief valve must be opened to ensure that there is no pressure in the tank. Then open the charging port of each warehouse for loading.
2 Ups:
When pumping, open all the intake valves and AIDS, close all the feed ports, the butterfly valve, the secondary blow ball valve, the external air source ball valve, and control the throttle remotely to ensure that the tachometer value is within the range of 900-1000 r/min.(Note: When taking the external gas source, open the gas source ball valve outside the tank, dock with the external gas source port, and press the external gas source valve.)
3 Discharge:
When discharge pressure 0.15 mpa, open the secondary blow valve, request first 1 warehouse and 5 warehouse, and then play 234 warehouse, in turn to open the warehouse discharge valve, discharge, (note: 5 warehouse can not be discharged at the same time, require each warehouse after open another warehouse discharge, tail after a material observation window, can observe the unloading status of each warehouse).
4 Secondary unloading:
When the pressure drops to 0.12map, close the secondary blow valve and discharge valve. When the pressure rises to 0.15 mpa, open the secondary blow valve and discharge valve again for discharge (after about 2 minutes of unloading, gradually close the secondary blow valve and open to the maximum half).
5 Clearance:
After filling all silos, open the discharge butterfly valve of each warehouse for clearance. When the pressure drops to 0.05-0.08mpa, open the pressure relief valve, close the air compressor, and finish the feeding.
